Julius was born a shifter back in his native home in Brazil. His parents decided they couldn’t live by their pack leaders old ways of doin whatever they pleased because he felt they were a superior race. They left during the dead of night relocated to the farm lands of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. So far, their past has not caught up with them, for when you leave a pack, it’s only by death.

Determined to live a normal life, they changed their names and slightly altered their appearances should anyone come a knocking on their door. Once older, Julius got into the criminal justice system and ended up leaving home to pursue that degree. He found ways to help protect his family and help others in the process. It was a win win situation.

He is now a lead detective alongside his partner in crime/best friend Carl Erickson where they have been working together for the past ten years. Both Julius and Carl have a secret that people don’t know about. Of course Carl knows because he is a part of that world too, but Julius had no intention of sharing that secret with anyone. Until Miyako Lee walked on the scene, literally.
